Essel Group- Itzcash Card Ltd

We are located over in Dombivli East, right inside the Sitaram Chhaya Society on R P Road. It is a regular residential area, which I think makes our office feel pretty grounded and normal. At Itzcash, we deal with cards and payments. It involves a lot of numbers and making sure people can use their money without any issues. We are not in some big glass tower in the middle of Mumbai; we are right here in the neighborhood. The office itself is pretty simple—just some desks, computers, and a fair amount of paperwork that needs to be filed. We have been part of the Essel Group for a while now, but our daily life is mostly just about helping the customers who come in or give us a call. Sometimes the heavy monsoon rain makes it a real challenge to get to the office, but we always manage to make it in. We are not trying to be fancy or pretend to be something we are not. We just want to make sure the cards work like they should and the payments go through. It is a lot of routine stuff, but it is important for the local people who rely on us. Most of the staff here has been around for years, so we have become like a small family. It is just a normal workplace doing its best every day.
