Essaar Engineering

Our workshop is at Plot Number B/32 in the Adarsh Vasant Bahar area. It's on Sahar Road, specifically in Koldongri, Andheri East. If you’re familiar with Andheri, you know it’s always crowded and moving. We’ve been tucked away in this spot for quite some time. Essaar Engineering is mostly about metal fabrication and small-scale manufacturing. The space isn’t huge, but we use every inch of it. We have racks of steel and tools hanging everywhere. It’s a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around the shop floor. We start early to beat the Mumbai heat, though it never really works. The fans just push the warm air around the room. We mostly deal with local clients who need specific parts made for their own projects. It’s a lot of measuring, cutting, and welding. We don’t have a fancy office upstairs. We just have a desk in the corner with a bunch of ledgers and old invoices. It’s how we’ve always done it. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the noise, so we try to keep the heavy banging for the middle of the day when everyone is awake. We’re just a local business trying to stay steady. There’s a lot of competition in Andheri, but we’ve got our regulars who trust us. They know where to find us. We just keep the gate open and the machines running until the sun goes down.
