Eretech Projects Llp is located in Kandivali East, right in the Thakur Complex area. Our office is in Gokul Paradise, specifically Wing A, Room 401. We’re quite close to Terapanth Bhavan, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being in Mumbai, things are always a bit rushed, but we try to keep a calm head in the office. We deal with various projects around the city, and this Kandivali spot is our home base. It’s a typical Mumbai office—compact but full of everything we need to keep the Llp running. We have a few desks, some stacks of papers that probably need filing, and a couple of computers that are always humming. We don’t go in for any corporate talk. If you come by, you’ll just see us working on site plans or talking to vendors on the phone. Poisar is a busy place, and the energy of the Thakur Complex definitely keeps us on our toes. We aren’t trying to change the world; we’re just trying to make sure our projects are completed properly and on time. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have worked with us before. We don’t do much in the way of promotion. We just show up at Gokul Paradise every morning and get to work on the tasks at hand. It is a busy, normal life for us here in 400101.
