Erawan Travels

Erawan Travels is based in Jolly Bhavan 1, which is at New Marine Lines. Our office number is 509. It’s a busy building with lots of other offices around us. We spend most of the day looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people who come in. It isn't always exciting work but it keeps us busy. The area around New Marine Lines is quite nice, especially in the evenings when things cool down. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside the office, we have a few desks and some old maps on the walls. It isn't a very modern place but it is comfortable enough for us. We handle a lot of phone calls and emails from people asking about ticket prices or visa rules. Sometimes the internet is slow and that makes things a bit difficult, but we manage. We aren't a big corporation, just a few of us working together to get things done. Most of our furniture is stuff we have had since we opened. We like being in this part of town because it is easy to get to by train. We usually have lunch at our desks while we talk to clients. There is always something to do, whether it is filing or calling up airlines to check on bookings. It is a simple life.
