Our office is tucked away at Shop No. 1, SR NO. 18/3/C in Pune. We are right near the Bramhachaitanya Society. If you know that area, you know it’s a decent neighborhood with a lot of people who have been here for years. ENSHRINE INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED is what we call ourselves. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to local infrastructure projects. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the right people are at the right site at 7:00 AM. Pune’s traffic doesn't help much with that, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a good job on the projects we take on. Usually, it’s about fixing things or putting up new structures that people actually need. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and workers. The shop is where we keep all our records and where we sit down to figure out the budgets. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any big slogans. We just work hard and try to stay organized. Being near the society means we have to be mindful of the noise and the mess, which is just part of being a good neighbor. It’s a practical business run by people who live nearby and care about how the town looks. Sometimes things get messy, but we always try to clean up before we finish the day.
