Enchant Holidays

Our office is at Shop No 54 on the ground floor of Ever in Malad West. We are also near Dorasani Palya on Bannerghatta Road, right next to the Toyota showroom. It is a bit of a weird mix of addresses because of how the streets meet up here. Enchant Holidays is where we sit and figure out travel plans for people. It might sound like it is all fun and vacations, but mostly it is us staring at flight schedules and hotel bookings on a screen. People come in wanting to go somewhere for a week or two, and we try to piece together the tickets and the stay without it costing a fortune. We have been at this location for a bit now. The office is pretty quiet except for the phones ringing or the noise from the road outside. We aren't a giant travel agency with hundreds of staff members. It is just a few of us here. We handle the paperwork and the bookings so people do not have to deal with the confusing websites themselves. Sometimes things go wrong with a flight or a hotel, and then we have to spend the afternoon on the phone trying to sort it out. That is the part people do not see. We just keep our heads down and work through the files one by one. If you see the Toyota dealership, you are basically there. Just look for our door on the ground floor.
