Empiric Buildcon Private Limited is based out of Mahim in Mumbai. Our office is on the 5th floor of Chamunda Kripa CHS on Manorama Nagarkar Marg. It’s right near StarCity Cinema and Taikalwadi, which are pretty familiar spots for anyone living around here. Mahim is an old part of the city and has a lot of character. We’ve been at this location for a while. The office, room 501, is where we handle all the buildcon stuff. It’s a small space, and things can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We spend a lot of time out at sites, checking on progress and talking to workers. When we are back at the office, it’s mostly about sorting out the paperwork and planning the next steps for our projects. Mumbai is a tough place to work sometimes because of the space and the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big marketing team or fancy brochures. People usually just hear about us through someone they know. The building is a typical Mumbai residential and commercial mix. We like being in Mahim because it feels like the middle of everything. Every day is a bit different, and we just try to deal with whatever problems come up. It’s a straightforward business, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just build.
