Emperior Dairy is located in the Mahim Terrace Housing Society. We have a small shop there where we handle the daily milk and dairy needs of the people living nearby. It’s a local spot, nothing fancy at all. We start our day very early, before most people are even awake, because that’s when the fresh stock comes in from the trucks. Mahim is a lively area, and being part of a housing society means we see the same people every morning. We know who wants what and how much they usually take home. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just the shop floor and the coolers. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when everyone comes down at the same time to get their milk, but we handle it. We don't really do advertising. People know where we are. We just focus on keeping the stuff fresh and making sure we don't run out when people need it most for their tea or coffee. It’s hard work, especially the early hours, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. The housing society is like a little community, and we feel like a part of it. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just a dairy shop in Mahim. We keep the counters clean and the fridge running. That’s about it for us. We just try to be reliable for our neighbors.
