Our place is in Kandivli West, specifically at unit 301 in Gaurav Vihar. It’s part of the Gaurav Garden complex on Bandar Pakhadi Road. It’s more of a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office building. We have windows that look out over the neighborhood, which is nice when the sun is setting. Working in Kandivli means we deal with a lot of the local suburban crowd. The traffic on Bandar Pakhadi Road can be a real headache during peak hours, so most of us try to get in early. Inside, we have our desks and some chairs for visitors, but it’s a pretty simple setup. We handle a lot of coordination and logistics from this office. It’s not the main headquarters or anything, just a branch where we get the actual work done. We usually have the fan going full speed because of the Mumbai humidity. Sometimes the elevator in Gaurav Vihar acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to stay organized. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside and away from the street noise. We manage the paperwork and keep the operations moving forward as best as we can.
