Our spot is over on Mirza Street in Ucco Mansion. We are up on the fourth floor. It’s an old building, so the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. The street outside is always packed with people and traffic. It’s a lively part of the city. We handle a lot of the airline's local coordination from this floor. It’s not a shiny airport lounge. It’s an office with desks, stacks of paper, and people talking on phones all day. We’ve got windows that look out over the street, which is nice for a break. We’ve been in Ucco Mansion for quite a while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s a workspace that does the job. We have our routine. Morning tea, answering emails, and dealing with whatever travel issues pop up. It’s a small group of us here. We know the local shopkeepers downstairs. It’s a very grounded way to work for such a big name. We just focus on the daily stuff that needs to get done for the passengers. It’s plain and simple. No fancy stuff, just a regular office on the fourth floor where we put in our hours and try to keep things moving. We keep the files organized as best we can. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic during the holiday seasons.
