Our office is on the ground floor of the Magnum Opus Plaza, Unit 6. It’s part of the Rachanaa Magnum Opus Co-Op Society in Shantinagar, Santacruz East. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for getting equipment in and out without dealing with stairs or elevators. We do engineering work here, focusing on things like brakes and clutches for industrial use. It’s a technical environment, so you’ll see plenty of drawings and metal parts laying around on the workbenches. The space isn't huge, but it's enough for our small team to get the designs and assembly done. Santacruz East is a busy area, especially with the traffic near the station, but Shantinagar is a bit more tucked away. We’ve been at this location for a while now. There’s no big corporate sign or flashy entrance. It’s just a regular engineering office where we spend our time on calculations and mechanical parts. Most of our day is spent at the desks or over the component bins. We don't really have a marketing person. Most people who work with us are from other engineering firms or factories that need specific parts. It’s practical, honest work. We keep things fairly simple here, focusing on the tasks we have for the week. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the tools, but that’s expected in our line of business. We just keep things running from our little unit in the plaza.
