Embassy Travel & Services

Embassy Travel & Services is situated at 18 Tardeo on the ground floor. Being on the ground floor is a blessing because it means people don't have to hunt for an elevator or climb those steep stairs you find in most Tardeo buildings. We have a small office where we handle all sorts of travel arrangements, from flight bookings to helping people with their paperwork. It’s usually quiet in the mornings, but by the afternoon, the place is full of people asking about ticket prices or when their visas will arrive. We have a few old desks, some chairs for people to wait in, and maps on the walls that have been there since we opened. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just the computers we need and a very loud printer that seems to have a mind of its own. Tardeo is a busy hub, and we get all sorts of characters walking in. Some are planning their first trip abroad and are very nervous, while others are regulars who travel for work every month. We just sit here, drink our coffee, and try to make sense of the schedules and the forms. It’s a small operation, just a few of us trying to help people get where they need to go without too much of a headache. It’s steady work and we’ve been at it for years.
