Emaar Mgf Land Ltd is based in Malad West, specifically at C/6, Vikas Chs. We are right opposite the Mumbai Bank on Ramchandra Lane. Being in Mumbai, it is always a bit chaotic outside with the traffic and people everywhere. Our office is a small part of the Vikas cooperative housing society. It is a bit cramped inside because we have so many files and maps stored in the metal cabinets. We spend our days dealing with the paperwork that comes with land development in a big city like this. It is never a dull moment because there is always something that needs to be filed or a phone call that needs to be answered. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We have been at this location for a good while. The pin code is 400064 if you need it. We don't have any big mission statements or fancy posters on the walls. It is just a place where we come to work and deal with the realities of the property business. Most of us have been working together for years, so we have a rhythm to how we handle the documents. It is just a plain, hardworking office in the middle of a very busy neighborhood. We usually close up around six and head for the train station. It’s just how things go.
