Our workspace is situated in Santacruz East, Mumbai. We are in the Sarla Garden building on Nehru Road, specifically in Flat No 602 on the sixth floor of the B Wing. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Nehru Road can be at almost any time of the day. Being in Vakola keeps us close to the heart of the city's movement. Our office for Emaar Mgf Land Limited is a regular apartment that we've converted into a working space. It’s not a polished corporate office with a big view, but it’s practical for what we do. We have our files, our computers, and a small space to meet people. We don't go for anything too fancy because we prefer just being ourselves. Most of the time, we are busy with paperwork or coordinating land matters across the city. The office can get a bit noisy with the sounds of the city coming through, but we’ve grown used to it. We don't have a big mission statement or any promotional language. We just show up every morning and get through the list of things that need to be handled. It’s a very Mumbai way of working—staying grounded and keeping the momentum going. We know the local area well and the people who live around Sarla Garden. It’s a simple, honest setup where the focus is entirely on the work at hand without any unnecessary distractions or corporate polish.
