Our office is right in the middle of the chaos in Colaba. We’re at the SP Centre on Minoo Desai Marg, which is a busy place to be. Eluru Smart Infrastructures Private Limited isn't about fancy slogans or anything. We just focus on getting infrastructure projects moving in and around Mumbai. If you know Mumbai, you know how hard it is to get anything built with the traffic and the lack of space. We spend a lot of time stuck in that traffic going from the office to various project sites. The office itself is functional—desks, chairs, a lot of maps on the wall, and way too many coffee cups. We deal with the logistics, the engineering bits, and all the red tape that comes with big projects. It’s a lot of phone calls to contractors and checking on material deliveries. Being in Colaba means we’re close to the heart of the city, which helps when we need to meet people, but it also means it's never quiet. We’ve had days where everything goes wrong and days where things actually finish on time. Most of the time, it’s somewhere in between. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. We're just a group of people who know how to manage construction work in a crowded city. It’s hard work, it’s loud, and there is always something that needs fixing or checking.
