Elite Nirman India Limited

We are located in Malad West, right at 003 Sainath Apartments. It’s in Wing A of the Bhandarwada area. If you are looking for us, we are opposite Bhujale Talav on PC Marg. Elite Nirman India Limited has been operating from this Mumbai City office for some time now. It’s a ground-floor space, which makes it easy when people need to drop off documents or stop by for a quick chat. Being in Malad West means there is always something going on outside. The pond across the street is a good landmark for people who haven't been here before. We mostly handle building work and various construction bits across the city. It gets pretty humid here, but the office stays okay. We aren't a huge corporation with glass towers; it’s just a regular apartment converted into our workspace. Most of our team grew up around Mumbai, so we know the streets pretty well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites checking on progress. Work is work, you know. We just try to get things done without making too much of a fuss. The traffic on PC Marg can be a bit much during rush hour, but that’s just Mumbai for you. We’ve gotten used to the noise and the pace of things here over the years. It’s just us doing what we know how to do without needing anything flashy. It's a decent place to be.
