Elite Housing

We’ve been here in Fort for quite a while now. Our office is tucked away on the 4th floor of Prospect Chambers. If you know the area, we’re right across from the old Thomas Cook building on Dr. DN Road. It’s a busy spot with a lot of history in these walls. Sometimes the lift acts up, but we make do. Mostly it’s just us sitting around desks piled with files and maps of the local area. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and talking about the latest changes in the neighborhood property market. People wander in looking for a place to stay or a small office nearby, and we try to help them out with whatever is on the books that day. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. The paint is a bit old in the corners and the windows get dusty from the road traffic below. We know the streets around here pretty well since we walk them every day for lunch. It’s just how things go. We don't really do the big corporate thing. It’s more about knowing who’s moving out and who’s looking to move in. You can usually find one of us here from Monday to Saturday, unless there’s a holiday. We mostly just keep track of the listings and answer the phone when it rings. It’s a small operation, just a few of us trying to keep things organized in this part of town.
