We are Elaf Tours & Travel and you can find our office over in Andheri East. We are located at 18 Bhagiarath Market on L H Road, inside the Gurfat Apartment building. This is a very lively part of Andheri, with the market right there, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our door. Our office is a simple place where we sit down with people to figure out their travel schedules. Whether it is a pilgrimage trip or just a family visiting relatives, we try to help them get the best routes. We have been at this location for quite a few years now. The office doesn't have any high-end interiors, just some chairs, a desk, and a few old calendars on the wall. We do a lot of our work over the phone, but many people still prefer to come in and talk to us face to face. We find that a lot of our customers are from the neighborhood or have heard about us from their friends. It is a small business and we don't have a lot of corporate rules. We just listen to what people need and see what we can do to make it happen. It gets busy during the holiday seasons, and the office can feel a bit small then, but we enjoy the energy of helping people get to their destinations. Most of our days are spent on the phone or checking the computer screens for the latest deals.
