El Al Israel Airlines

Our office is in Mumbai, specifically at Dalamal Park in Cuffe Parade. We are located at 41 Hassa Mahal. Cuffe Parade is one of those parts of the city that feels a bit more upscale, with the sea not too far away. This is where we run the operations for El Al Israel Airlines. It’s mostly about handling travel arrangements and making sure people have their tickets and papers in order. The office itself is in a nice building, but inside it’s just a regular workspace with phones and desks. We get a lot of calls every day, and it can get a bit hectic when flights are busy. There is a lot of security stuff we have to keep track of, as you can imagine. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The Maharashtra humidity is always there, but we have the air conditioning going so it’s comfortable enough. We don't have a flashy showroom. It’s more about the actual work and getting people where they need to go. Working in South Mumbai means we see a lot of different people coming through. It’s a busy life, but it’s interesting to be part of the travel industry here. We just try to keep the paperwork straight and help the travelers who stop by the 41 Hassa Mahal office. It’s a solid place in a good part of town. We are usually here until the evening hours.
