Eigen Technical Services Pvt Ltd is based in Mumbai, specifically in the NCH Colony. We are in Building Number J 5. It is a typical spot in the city where everything is a bit crowded but full of life. Our office is not very large, but we have managed to fit everything we need into it. There are desks for all of us and shelves filled with technical manuals and parts. Space is always at a premium here in Mumbai, so we have to be organized. We usually get to work using the local trains and then a short walk or a rickshaw ride. It is a busy neighborhood with families and other small businesses all around. We like being part of the colony because it feels real. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It can get a bit loud outside with children playing or people talking, but it’s a nice background noise. We just sit at our desks and work through our technical projects one by one. It isn't a glamorous life, but it is honest work. Sometimes we go out for a cutting chai at the corner stall to talk about the day’s plans. We are just a small team trying to do our best in a big city.
