Our office is in Andheri East, right near the Pump House area. It's a busy part of Mumbai. Being Economic Times And Asian Business Exhibitions & Confrences means we deal with a lot of moving parts. Mumbai is always loud and there is always traffic. Hanjer Nager is where we spend most of our time. We put together various events and conferences. It takes a lot of phone calls and paperwork. We aren't a huge team but we stay busy. Sometimes the rain in Mumbai makes things difficult, especially getting to the office on time. We have desks piled with files and planners. The name is a bit long, but that's what's on the door. We don't spend much time worrying about how we look to others. We just focus on the tasks for the day. Setting up exhibitions involves talking to a lot of different people. It’s practical work. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. We know the local tea stall guy pretty well. Most of our days are spent coordinating things. It’s not glamorous. It’s mostly just making sure everything is where it should be. We deal with exhibitors and visitors. Andheri East is a central spot for this kind of thing. We just come in, do the work, and head home in the local train like everyone else. It’s a job and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about anything. We just keep things moving along every day.
