Eco Tours

So, we're located over here on Senapati Bapat Marg, specifically at Street 8 in Phase II of the MIDC area in Andheri East. It’s pretty easy to find if you know where Sivaji Park is, though the traffic around here can get a bit much during the evenings. We’ve been operating Eco Tours from this small office for a while now. Most days it’s just us answering the phones and trying to sort out travel plans for people who want to see something different. It isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything. There’s a tea stall right around the corner where we usually grab a quick cup when things get a bit slow. The office gets a lot of dust from the road because of all the construction going on in MIDC lately. We just keep the fan running and get on with the paperwork. Sometimes clients come in and sit for a bit while we check the bus schedules or look for flight availability on the old computer. It feels like we spend half our lives looking at maps and talking to drivers. People in the neighborhood know us by now, so they just pop their heads in to say hello. It’s just a normal way to run a business, really. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the bookings. If the phone rings, we pick it up. If someone walks in, we help them out. That’s just how it goes here.
