You can find us at the Girnar Building on Tardeo Road, office number 1101. Eco Land Holdings Private Limited has been based here for some time now. Tardeo is a very old and busy part of Mumbai, and the building reflects that. It’s got a bit of character, you could say. We deal with land holdings and property matters, which involves a massive amount of paperwork. Our office is filled with metal cabinets that are stuffed with old files and maps. It’s not a modern glass office; it’s more of a practical place where work actually happens. We have a few big tables where we spread out large site plans to look at them. The traffic on Tardeo Road is constant, so there’s a background hum of horns all day long. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. We aren’t interested in looking like a big corporation. We just want to make sure the land records are correct and the deals are done properly. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up and we have to open the windows, which lets in all the dust. We drink a lot of water and sometimes get samosas from the shop downstairs for our break. It’s a simple life of dealing with property and land, and we are quite content with how we do things here in our little corner of the city.
