Eazy Travel

Eazy Travel is tucked away on the first floor of 30 Kalbadevi Ajmeri Udhyognagar in the Dhobighat area. It’s an industrial sort of place, so you have to walk up the stairs past a lot of other small businesses to find our door. Kalbadevi is always packed with people and carts, so just getting here can be a bit of an adventure on its own. Our office is pretty basic and functional. We have some chairs for customers to wait in and a couple of desks where we do all the booking work on our laptops. It’s not fancy, but it works for what we do every day. We help people get their train and bus tickets, or sometimes flights if they are going further away for a holiday. Working in an Udhyognagar means there is always the sound of machinery or people shouting nearby, but we just focus on the computer screens and the phone calls. We aren't a big travel agency with hundreds of employees in different cities. It’s just a few of us who know how the booking systems work. We’ve been on this floor for a good while now, and we’ve seen plenty of other businesses come and go. People like coming here because they know we will just tell them the price and the time without any extra talk or hidden fees. It’s a practical business.
