You can find us over in Thakur Village, specifically in Building No 2 of Suncity Phase 3. We are tucked behind Thakur Public School in Kandivali East, which is a nice enough area to work in. Our office is in A Wing, room 101. It is a quiet corner most of the time, away from the main road noise. We spend our days mostly on the computer, looking at flights and hotel deals for people. It is a small team here at Easy Trip Planners, so things stay pretty informal. We are not the type of place where everyone wears a tie. Usually, there is a stack of paper on someone’s desk and a few half-empty tea cups sitting around. We handle a lot of bookings over the phone, but sometimes locals drop by to chat about their holiday plans in person. It is easier to explain things face-to-face sometimes. The office is not decorated with anything fancy, just the essentials like desks, chairs, and a printer that occasionally jams. We like being in this part of Mumbai because it feels more like a community. People know where we are, and we know many of our regular customers by name. We just try to make the process of booking a trip less of a headache for everyone involved. It is a simple job, really, just moving data around and making sure people have their vouchers ready before they head to the airport. No one here takes themselves too seriously.
