East West Tours Travels

Our office is Shop Number 19 in the Sukh Sagar Co-Op building in Andheri East. We are tucked right behind the Akruti Star building in the MIDC area. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai with lots of offices and people rushing around all the time. Our shop is small but we’ve managed to fit a couple of desks and some travel posters on the walls. Most of the day is spent on the phone trying to fix bookings or dealing with visa paperwork that never seems to end. The tea boy from the stall next door is our most frequent visitor. We don't have any fancy technology, just some old computers and a printer that jams occasionally. People come in with all sorts of questions about where to go and how much it costs. Sometimes it gets crowded inside when a whole family shows up to plan a trip. We try to keep track of all the flight changes and hotel rules, which can be a headache. The MIDC area is always under some kind of road work, so getting to the shop can be a bit of a challenge. We’ve been here for several years now and have seen many businesses come and go. We just keep doing our thing, helping people get their tickets and planning their holidays. It’s a straightforward job and we like the people we meet. It gets especially hectic before the summer holidays start.
