We've been at Chandan Chambers for a while now. It's room 404 on Modi Street. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs where we sort out tickets and trips. Most days it's just us answering phones and looking at flight schedules on the computer. People stop by when they need to go somewhere, maybe for work or to see family back home. We try to get the details right so nobody gets stuck at the airport. Mumbai is busy, and we know how stressful planning a trip can be when you have other things to do. We just do the booking and tell you what documents you need. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we get it done eventually. It’s a small operation here in the city. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the routes. If you walk down Modi Street, you'll find us easily enough. We handle a lot of train and plane stuff. It’s just regular work, nothing special. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. We keep our files organized as much as we can in the metal cabinets. It’s just a normal travel spot for people who don’t want to mess with websites themselves. We’re usually here during the day until the sun goes down. Sometimes the tea guy comes by while we're working. Nothing more to it than that. We just stay busy with the paperwork and bookings.
