You can find us at D-22/2 in Borivali West, not too far from the Dena Bank. We’ve been running this travel agency for a long time. It’s just a small office, nothing too special to look at. We spend most of our time on the phone or staring at computer screens looking for bus and train tickets. We know how hard it is to get a seat during the festival seasons, so we try to help out as many people as we can. It’s not just about tickets though. We also arrange cars and help people figure out their holiday plans. Some days it’s really chaotic with people coming in and out, asking about schedules and prices. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what’s available and what it’s going to cost. Borivali is a busy place, and we fit right in with the rush. If you need a car for a wedding or just a trip to the airport, we usually have something ready. Our drivers know the roads well, which is important around here. We don't have a massive fleet, but we keep our vehicles in good shape. It’s a simple business. We treat people like neighbors because most of them are. If there's a delay, we say so. We don't like making excuses. Just honest travel help for the local crowd and the families around.
