Dukes Foods Ltd

We've been at Karma Kshetra in Sion East for a while now. It’s one of those busy spots in Mumbai where there’s always something happening outside the gate. We deal with food here every day. Some days the delivery trucks come in early and the whole place gets a bit chaotic. You know how it is in Sion, traffic can be a nightmare sometimes so we have to plan things carefully. Our office is in B 1 84 and it’s a pretty simple setup. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paperwork related to what we’re shipping out. Most of us here have worked together for years. We eat lunch together and complain about the humidity just like everyone else. Sometimes the smell of the spices or whatever we are packing sticks to your clothes. It’s hard work, mostly checking inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. It’s more about being on the floor and seeing the stuff ourselves. People stop by sometimes just to ask for directions or see what’s going on. We just tell them we’re busy with the orders. It’s just a regular food business trying to keep things moving. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing the job and going home to our families in the evening. It gets loud, it gets messy, but that’s just how Dukes Foods operates.
