Dry Air Systems

Our unit is located at 307 in the Mahavir Industrial Estate on Plot 32. We are situated in the Mahal Industrial Area, just off the Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East. It can be a real challenge to find a place to park around here in the mornings because the estate is always so busy with delivery vans. Dry Air Systems has been running from this third-floor space for several years. Since it is an industrial area, there is a constant background noise of trucks loading and other workshops nearby. Inside our space, things are a bit cramped. We have our testing equipment set up along one wall and a few old desks where we handle the paperwork. We deal with air systems, so there are always pipes and gauges lying around. The office part is cluttered with technical manuals and spare components that we keep for repairs. It is not a polished corporate environment at all. We try to keep things in order, but when we are in the middle of a big job, the place gets messy quickly. Being in Andheri is useful for transport, though the traffic on Mahakali Caves Road is often at a complete standstill. We mostly spend our time checking equipment and making sure everything is running right before it gets shipped out. There is a small tea stall at the corner of the building where we usually go for a quick break. It is a typical Mumbai workspace where we just focus on the job.
