Our place is tucked away in Lohar Chawl at 125/A Maskati Mahal. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how crowded and narrow the lanes can get. It’s a very old building, and we’ve been operating out of here for quite a while. We deal with computers and different types of IT hardware. The space is pretty tight, filled with boxes and equipment from floor to ceiling. It isn’t the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or air-conditioned waiting rooms. It’s a working office where we manage orders and talk to customers who are navigating the busy market outside. Maskati Mahal has a lot of history, and we are just one of the many businesses packed into this area. We spend our days answering phones and checking on shipments. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the rain makes things difficult, but that’s just part of being in an old neighborhood like this. We don’t go for big fancy slogans. People know we are here because we’ve been at this address for years. It’s a lot of hard work keeping track of all the computer parts in such a small space. We just try to stay organized and get the jobs done. It’s a noisy, busy life in Lohar Chawl, and we’re right in the thick of it every day.
