DOTOM BUILDTECH LLP

Our office for DOTOM BUILDTECH LLP is located in Santacruz East, on 8th Road. We are on the second floor of the Magnolia Building, specifically in Flat 202. It’s right near F P No. 21, which is a fairly busy spot. Santacruz is always crowded, and the streets around our building are no exception. We’ve been here for a while now, and our office is pretty lived-in. It’s not a fancy place with modern art on the walls or anything. We have a lot of cupboards for our files and a few desks where we handle the day-to-day business of building. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors and checking on how the construction is moving along. We don't really do the corporate thing with big presentations and fancy language. We just prefer to speak plainly about what needs to be done. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Mumbai. We just want to get our projects finished on time and make sure they are done right. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes it can be quite frustrating when materials don't show up, but that is the business we are in. We just show up and do our best every day.
