We've got our office at Shop No 409 in the Arihant Building. It's on the first floor, which is nice because we don't have to climb too many stairs. We are located near the Iron Market in Masjid Bunder West. This area is very industrial and busy. There are trucks and people moving metal all day long. Our space isn't very large, but we make it work for what we do. We handle various goods and trade them. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers. It’s a noisy neighborhood, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the market over the years. We have some chairs for visitors, but mostly it’s just desks and files. We don't have a corporate logo on the wall or anything like that. We just have a small sign on the door. It’s a family-run kind of thing. My cousins and I take turns being here. Sometimes the power goes out in the building, but we just wait it out. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just focus on getting our orders right and keeping our records straight in our ledgers. Being near the ring road makes it easier for some of our transport to get through, though the traffic is still a headache. We've been in Shakthi Nagar and around the 1st Cross for a while and plan to stay here for much longer.
