We are part of the Domino's Pizza group in India, but our specific location details were marked as "may be later" for some reason. We usually set up in small shops in busy areas where we can get to people's houses quickly. Our main focus is just making the pizzas and getting them out the door. The kitchen is the heart of the place. It is full of ovens that stay very hot all day long. We have a team of people who stretch the dough and others who put on the toppings. It’s a very fast environment. We don't have much space for people to sit and eat, so most of our business is through the delivery app or people walking in to take a box home. The drivers are always coming in and out with their helmets on. It’s a bit chaotic when there are a lot of orders at once. We use a lot of boxes and napkins every single shift. We don't have a fancy story about why we do this. It’s just about making food that people want to eat while they watch a movie or hang out with friends. We try to keep the counters clean, but when it’s busy, there is flour everywhere. It’s a loud, hot, and busy job. We just keep our heads down and keep the orders moving. We’ve been doing this for years now.
