Doka India is tucked away in Santosh Nagar, specifically in Room No 10 of Topiwala Chawl. We are right near the Western Express Highway in Dahisar East. It’s a very practical location for us because of the highway access. We deal with formwork and construction stuff. Our office isn't big; it’s just a room in the chawl, but it’s where all the planning happens. You’ll see a lot of technical drawings and charts on the walls. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction around us. We are regular people doing a tough job. We don’t have a fancy reception desk. Usually, someone is just sitting there with a laptop and a phone. We’ve been in Mumbai-400 068 for a while now. The people in Santosh Nagar know us as the guys who work with the big building projects. It’s not a glamorous life. We spend a lot of time on site and then come back here to finish the paperwork. We don't go for marketing slogans. We just want the concrete to stay where it's supposed to. If you need us, you can usually find us here during the day. We are a small team and we know each other well. It’s just an honest way to make a living in the city. There's always tea on the stove and someone looking at a blueprint or a map.
