Dodhia Techno Engineering Private Limited

Our office for Dodhia Techno Engineering is located in Sion West, inside Pervin Mansion. The building is at 69/3, and it’s right on United Jain Students Home Road. Being in Sion means dealing with a lot of noise and people all the time. The student home nearby keeps the street busy with young people coming and going throughout the day. Our space in Pervin Mansion is one of those classic Mumbai setups where every inch of room is used for something important. We have our engineering files and technical drawings spread out over the old wooden tables. It’s an old building, so it has that specific character and a bit of a dusty smell that you don't find in new glass towers. The windows let in the sounds of the traffic and the local vendors calling out. We spend a lot of hours here, often with the overhead fans spinning fast to keep the air moving in the humidity. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. It’s more of a place where we actually get our hands dirty with the technical side of the business. We usually grab lunch from one of the small shops downstairs or the stall at the corner. It’s a tight-knit kind of place where you know your neighbors and the people in the next office over. We just focus on the engineering tasks at hand and try to stay organized amidst all the daily city chaos. It’s a practical home for the business and it fits the way we work.
