Divine Chocolates

We spend most of our days up here on the third floor of the Daffodles building. It's in Bandra West, which usually gets pretty busy, especially on the weekends. We have been here for a while now. The kitchen gets quite warm when we are working with the chocolate, but we keep things moving. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s not a big shop front on the street, just a flat where we do everything ourselves. We usually start early in the morning to beat the heat. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It is just a small team here at Divine Chocolates. We don't have fancy signs. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure everything is packed properly before it goes out. Sometimes we run out of space because of all the boxes. The view from the window is mostly just the other buildings in Bandra, but it's home for us. We handle all the melting and tempering right here in the kitchen area. It gets messy sometimes, but that’s how it goes when you’re working with sweets all day. We try to keep things quiet for the other people living in the building. It is a simple setup, nothing too crazy. We just like what we do.
