Dimple Dairy Sweet

We’ve been here at Sadguru Society in Borivali West for a while now. Most days start pretty early because the milk arrives before the sun is even up. Madarsab Lane is usually quiet then, but it picks up fast once people start heading to work. We spend a lot of time just keeping the counters clean and making sure the dairy stays cold. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when families from Manavarthipet walk over. Sometimes the fridge acts up or the delivery truck is late, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We don’t have fancy chairs or anything, just a basic counter where we pack up sweets and hand over milk packets. The floor gets a bit messy when it rains, so we’re always mopping. People around here know us by name, and we know who wants their curd extra thick. It isn't a huge operation, just us working in this corner of Gor. We keep the fans running all day to deal with the heat. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to move stuff around quickly. It's just a regular local shop where we focus on getting through the daily list. You can find us right here in the lane, usually near the front of the building where most of the foot traffic happens throughout the day. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the shelves are stocked before the afternoon rush starts.
