Diligent Media Corporation Ltd.

We are currently working out of Greenfield Society, which is located on the Jogeshwari Vikhroli Link Road in Andheri East. Our space is A-4/67. If you’ve ever been on the JVLR, you know the traffic is probably some of the worst in Mumbai, so we try to avoid traveling during the peak hours if we can. We are a media corporation, but that sounds more formal than we actually are. In reality, it’s just a bunch of us working in a flat that we’ve turned into an office. There’s always someone on a laptop or a phone call, and the place is usually full of coffee mugs and notebooks. It’s a bit of a squeeze, especially when we have visitors, but it works for us. The society itself is quite nice and green, hence the name. It’s a bit of a relief to look at the trees after staring at a monitor for six hours. We don't really do the corporate suit-and-tie thing. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work. Being in Andheri East is handy because we are close to a lot of other media folks. We often find ourselves working late into the evening to meet a deadline. It’s not a glamorous life, but we like being in the middle of all the action in Mumbai. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a bit noisy with the construction nearby, but that’s just life in the city.
