You can find us at the Progressive Building, room A-4, on Clive Cross Lane in Chinchpokli. We are really close to the railway station, which is handy because that is where everyone is going anyway. Chinchpokli is always moving, and we are right in the middle of that rush. Our office is small and usually smells a bit like old paper and the tea we keep on the side table. We handle a lot of travel bookings, mostly for people who live around here or commuters coming off the train. There are travel brochures scattered around, but most of them are a bit out of date. We use the computers for everything now. The building itself is an older one, but it stays cool enough. We have a couple of chairs for people to sit while we check for available tickets or bus timings. Sometimes the trains going past are so loud we have to pause our conversation for a second. It is just a normal part of working near the station. We open up early and usually stay until the evening rush starts to die down. Clive Cross Lane can get a bit congested with people and carts, but we know the shortcuts. There is no big marketing team here, just us sitting at the desks helping people figure out how to get from one place to another. It is a simple business in a very busy neighborhood.
