Diksha Travels

Our place is located at 5 Mulund West in the Satyakam Building. We are right near the Ration Office, which is a good landmark because everyone knows where that is. Diksha Travels is basically a small operation. We spend our mornings looking at schedules and answering the phone. The building is an older one, but it’s sturdy and keeps us out of the sun. Mulund is a nice area, usually pretty lively with people going about their business. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and it feels like home now. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so there are always stacks of forms on the desks. We aren't trying to be some huge agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here, making sure people get their tickets and travel stuff handled. The walk from the main road isn't too bad. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby during the afternoon lull. It’s a simple setup. We don't have flashy signs or big TV screens in the waiting area. Just a few chairs and a calendar on the wall. It’s just a normal workplace. We know the neighbors and they know us. That’s how it goes at our office in the Satyakam Building. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized as much as possible throughout the day. It gets a bit dusty with the windows open, but that's just Mulund life for you.
