Diamond Tour & Travels

Diamond Tour & Travels is situated at 21 Bhaskar Lane, inside the Mahvir Mention building. We have been working out of this small corner for quite a long time now. The office is a very simple space, mostly filled with old travel posters and stacks of paper timetables. We help people with all different kinds of travel plans, whether they just need a quick bus ticket or are planning a much longer journey across the country. Bhaskar Lane is a busy little street, and Mahvir Mention is an old building that most people who live around here know pretty well. We don’t have any of that fancy booking software or a huge call center. It is just us sitting at our desks and talking to the people who walk through the door. Often, it is just neighbors looking for a train ticket or asking about the best way to reach a specific town. We have a couple of landline phones that always seem to be ringing in the afternoon. It can get a bit hectic when a few people come in at the same time, but we just take it one person at a time and try to help. We have kept the same old wooden desks for years because they still work just fine for us. We don’t have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just enjoy helping people figure out their trips and hearing their stories when they get back.
