Dhruv Tours & Travels

We are over at 12 Santacruz West Extension, which is a busy little area. At Dhruv Tours & Travels, the day usually starts with us trying to organize all the requests that came in overnight. Our office has maps on the walls and piles of brochures that we’ve collected over time. It’s not very big, so things can get a bit cramped when a few people come in at the same time to talk about their holiday plans. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking at flight timings and trying to piece together itineraries that actually work without being too expensive. Santacruz West is always moving, so there is a lot of noise from the street, but we don't mind it. People often stop by while they are out doing their shopping just to check a price or ask about visa requirements. We aren't a big agency with a call center. It’s just us sitting here, taking notes on yellow pads and trying to get the best dates for everyone. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some bookings when the systems are slow or the internet is acting up. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just help people get their tickets and hotels sorted so they can go where they need to go. It’s a simple business and we’ve been at this address for a while now.
