Dholagiri Sales & Service

We are located on the second floor of the Floral Deck Plaza, which is right opposite SEEPZ Gate No. 1 in Andheri East. Being in this part of Mumbai means things are always moving fast and it can get quite loud with all the traffic. Dholagiri Sales & Service is a place where we handle a lot of different requests every day. Since we are on the second floor, we have a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are focused on the work inside. It’s an office and a service center combined into one space. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or a big reception desk. It is mostly desks, some shelves for parts, and the tools we need for servicing equipment. People from the SEEPZ area often drop by because we are so close to the gate. It’s a busy life, and sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, but we just take it one customer at a time. Dealing with sales and repairs means we have to be ready for anything, whether it’s a small fix or a big order. We aren't corporate people; we are just trying to run a decent business in a crowded city. The commute to Andheri can be a struggle, but once we are in the office, we just get on with the day's tasks. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but we make it work.
