We set up our office at Flat Number 9 in the Ram Niwas building over in Dadar East. It’s actually a residential-style plot, number 31 on the survey map, so it has a more personal feel than a typical commercial building. We are quite close to the Parsi Gymkhana, which is a great landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. The office is inside the flat, so it’s a bit different from a storefront. We have our computers and desks set up in the main room. It’s a relatively quiet area compared to the busier parts of Dadar, which makes it easier to focus on the travel planning and bookings we do every day. We’ve got stacks of files and notes about different routes and destinations. Sometimes we have tea while we go over the schedules for the week. It’s just a few of us here, and we like the casual atmosphere of working out of a flat. It’s not a shiny corporate environment, but it works well for what we need. People from the neighborhood often stop by because they know we are right here near the gymkhana. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of hard work and staying organized with our folders. It’s a simple setup that has served us well over the years in this part of Dadar East, and we plan to stay right here for the foreseeable future.
