Dhara Chocolates & Mores

Dhara Chocolates & Mores is located in Malad West, specifically in the 4 Bungalows area. Our address is 53/16/17, which sounds like a lot of numbers, but it is just our spot. 4 Bungalows is a famous part of town, so we get people coming from all over the city. The shop is small and filled with the things we make. I spend a lot of time at the workbench in the back. My apron is usually covered in something by noon. We do not have a big staff, so I end up doing everything from cleaning the windows to making the products. It is a bit tiring, but I prefer it that way. The neighborhood is always alive with people walking their dogs or going to the market. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit much, but I just turn up the music. We do not really have a big plan for the future or anything. We just want to keep the doors open and the shelves stocked. It is a lot of trial and error with new recipes. Some work out and some don't. We do not have a polished corporate look. The labels are sometimes a bit crooked because we put them on by hand. I think it gives the place some character. If you are ever near 4 Bungalows, you will probably see our small sign hanging out front. It is a humble place, and we like it that way.
