Our office is at number 14 in the Moti Bhrams Puri Pole in Kandivali West. We are part of the Shri Vallabh cooperative society, which is quite close to Kamla Nagar. It is a residential area mostly, so it is a bit quieter than the main market roads. We spend our days sitting at the desks, taking calls and trying to organize trips for people. The office isn't very big, just enough room for a few of us and some chairs for visitors to sit in. We have maps and schedules pinned to the walls, though they are getting a bit faded now. The Moti Bhrams Puri Pole is a narrow lane, and everyone knows everyone else around here. Sometimes we go out to the front to talk to the neighbors or grab a tea from the nearby stall. We have been at this Shri Vallabh address for quite a while, so people in Kandivali know where to find us. It gets busy during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. The phones don't stop ringing then. Most of the time, it is just us through the day, checking bookings and making sure the drivers are ready for the next trip. It is a small, family-style environment where we just get on with the daily tasks. We try to stay organized even when the paperwork starts piling up on our desks.
