Our office is at number 5 in Tower I, located in the Dodiya Compound in Kandivali East. We’re right near the Kandivali bus depot, so it’s a very busy area with people always moving around and buses coming in and out. Being in Wakdewadi means we’re in a spot that’s easy for people to reach when they want to plan a trip or book a ticket. We handle all sorts of travel arrangements, from bus bookings to longer tours across the country. The office is small and usually has a few posters on the walls of different places you can visit. We spend most of our day on the computer checking schedules or on the phone with hotels and transport providers. It can get a bit hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go away at the same time. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who know the routes and the best times to travel. People often walk in from the bus depot to ask about prices or to see if there’s a seat left on a certain route. We try to keep it simple and give them the best options we can find at that moment. It’s a lot of small details to keep track of, but we’ve been doing it for a while and we know the business well. We aren't doing anything fancy, just helping people get from one place to another without too much trouble.
