Devika Yash Tours & Travels

This is our little shop over in Vakola Pipe Line in Santacruz East. If you know where the old glass factory is, Devika Yash Tours & Travels is just a stone's throw away from there at Shop Number 1. We spend most of our time here dealing with bookings and all kinds of travel stuff. It is not a huge place, just a front desk and a couple of old computers that we use to check things. There is always someone coming in to ask about bus timings or train tickets, and we do our best to help them out. The pipe line area stays pretty busy throughout the day, so there is always something going on right outside our door. We have been running the business from this same spot for quite some time now. It gets a bit cramped when more than two people walk in at once, but we make it work. Usually, there is a stack of papers on the desk and the phone is constantly ringing. We try to answer everything as it comes in. Being near the glass factory makes it very easy to give people directions when they are lost. We are not big on decorations or fancy signs. Our sign is a bit faded from the sun, but it still does the job. Santacruz East is a hectic place, but we like being in the middle of it. We have had the same desk for years and it is starting to show its age, but it works fine for writing out receipts.
