We've been at the Jai Shivshakti building for a while now. It's right on Kopar Cross Road in Shastri Nagar. People around Dombivli West know the spot. We mostly handle day-to-day banking stuff here. It's not a huge office, just a local branch where people come in to sort out their accounts or ask about loans. The neighborhood gets pretty busy, especially during rush hour. Sometimes the lines get a bit long, but we try to keep things moving. We deal with a lot of regular families from the area and some small shop owners too. It's a straightforward place. No fancy lounge or anything, just desks and counters. Most of us living nearby walk to work. We know the regulars by name after a few visits. If you're coming from the station, it’s a short rickshaw ride. We keep the doors open during the usual hours. It's just a bank branch at the end of the day. We help with paperwork and cash. Nothing more, nothing less. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep it okay. We're just here doing our jobs in Thane. Some days are quieter than others, but we usually have something to do to keep us occupied until closing time. It's a regular part of the community here and we don't try to make it more than what it is. Just a place to bank.
